16 Years of excellence

Dubai Leading Technologies was founded in 2005 as a specialist in biometric attendance solutions and has grown exponentially offering its customers a diverse array of products and services to meet their security surveillance, workforce management and customer engagement requirements.

Headquartered in Dubai, with a showroom in Abu Dhabi, DLT operates under hardware and software divisions. In the hardware domain, we have partnered with leading global brands including, Dahua Technology to provide cameras and ancillary products; B3 Cables for the provision of top quality copper and fibre optic cables, and Ecoflow, a leading name in solar rechargeable power stations.

In the software domain DLT provides innovative solutions for technical challenges that many enterprises face. Our USP lies in developing mobile automation solutions through the latest technologies, aimed at automating processes, reducing human error and intervention and providing valuable data analytics. We provide our customers with the most up to date and advanced services and products, and have launched an AI and Cloud division that ensures the highest efficiencies, performance and cybersecurity.

Sanjukta Ray, CEO - a veteran in the IT industry, and a natural innovator, Sanjukta heads up Dubai Leading Technologies. She holds an advanced diploma in Software Technology and brings over a decade of experience in developing new solutions to manage ever-changing customer requirements, staying abreast of emerging technologies to ensure the highest efficiencies and best practice. She is responsible for marketing, strategizing and driving the company’s vision on a day to day basis, whilst also managing all the key Government relationships, working with a team of experts. Sanjukta is also responsible for leading the development of the in house software solutions after a detailed and careful market study.

Atif Mallik – Director CCTV Security Solutions: Atif heads up sales and project implementation across our entire commercial security division. He is a highly experienced Sales Head, who has worked with a wealth of Telecom and Tech companies over his distinguished career, and has built up a formidable reputation amongst the large corporates in the Security solutions space through managing relationships with high profile organisations, including Abu Dhabi Police, Du Telecom, Etisalat, MashreqBank and RAK Bank, amongst others. Atif is highly proficient in addressing customers’ needs and masterminding tailored appropriate solutions that supersede requirements.

Rangarajan Narayanan – Director Channels and IOT Solutions: is a veteran with over 20 years of experience in the Consumer Electronics Industry in the Middle East, and he drives forward our customer engagement and support process, as well as spearheading and nurturing our partner relationships. He has enjoyed Product roles, Sales roles and project management roles across leading brands, Sony, Samsung and Emax brands over his career,and his understanding of the consumer electronics market is second to none. His last position as head of Sony business for Jumbo Electronics, one of the preeminent Distributor/Retailers in the UAE, gives him a unique insight from both the manufacturer’s and retailer’s perspective.
