Current Positions Required

Software solutions sales executive : 1 Position

We are looking for a Software solutions sales executive. The person should have experience in selling software solutions in the range of AED 100K to 250K. The person should be capable of understanding customer requirements, critical success factors, current pain points, current systems and based on the above should be able to scope the project, coordinate with development team, prepare technical proposal and submit the proposal. The person should have had experience in managing large accounts as well as resellers.

  • - Should posses the ability to meet stretch targets, work under pressure, adapt to deadlines both internal and external.
  • - Should have proven experience in software solution sales and surpassing revenue goals.
  • - Seasoned seller within complex matrix environments. Ability to understand organisational structure and be able to manage large accounts - and the key stake holders.
  • - Be able to recognize compelling reasons for clients and prospects to act upon these requirements, and in turn be able to persuasively articulate how comprehensive our solutions can best meet their requirements.
  • - Demonstrate knowledge of client budgeting and purchasing processes, typical recommender and decision maker roles involved, and how to progress opportunities from opportunity identification to closure.
  • - Be capable of presenting and articulating the differentiated value of our solutions compared to competitors in the market.
  • - Understand, and be able to articulate to clients, deployment processes and best practices to lower deployment risk and accelerate time to value.
  • - Show evidence of working cohesively with internal and external partners to develop customer relationships and ensure clients are provided with our best available solutions.
